Who I am...

As a therapist certified in grief and trauma therapy, I provide a compassionate, integrative space for healing. My work is grounded in Trauma-Focused Mindfulness, Polyvagal Theory, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), allowing us to explore your experiences with both depth and gentleness.
I use a person-in-environment approach, meaning I seek to understand you within the many contexts of your life—your relationships, community, culture, and environment. Together, we explore how these layers shape your emotions, patterns, and sense of self.
My approach has been shaped by years of clinical social work supporting individuals and families in the community as they navigated mental health challenges and significant hardship; by listening closely to children in treatment settings whose experiences within the foster care system left lasting imprints; and by my work as a pediatric hospice social worker, sitting alongside parents at the end of their child’s life. These experiences guide how I show up—with presence, care, and deep respect for the strength it takes to face life’s most painful moments. Healing from grief and trauma is not about fixing what cannot be fixed, but about restoring a sense of safety, connection, and trust in yourself.
