Who I am...

My work as a clinical social worker has given me the privilege of supporting individuals and families through some of life's most profound challenges and transitions. I have worked with children and parents involved in the foster care system and residential treatment programs, provided community-based support to families experiencing significant mental health challenges, and served families through pediatric hospice care. My experience also includes maternal and child health, where I supported parents through the postpartum period, perinatal loss, and reproductive grief. In addition, I facilitated a support group for parents grieving the death of an infant or child. These experiences guide how I show up—with presence, care, and deep respect for the strength it takes to face life’s most painful moments. Healing from grief and trauma is not about fixing what cannot be fixed, but about restoring a sense of safety, connection, and trust in yourself.
As a therapist certified in grief and trauma therapy, I provide a compassionate, integrative space for healing. My work is grounded in EMDR, Trauma-Focused Mindfulness, and Polyvagal Theory, allowing us to explore your experiences with both depth and gentleness.
I use a person-in-environment approach, meaning I seek to understand you within the many contexts of your life—your relationships, community, culture, and environment. Together, we will explore how these layers shape your emotions, patterns, and sense of self.
